Intellectual Property Notice

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Leah C. Simmons and Simmons Studio, LLC including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/ or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit. 

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause. 

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.

Compensation for damage is due if/ when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/ or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy. 

Please read the products descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. All prints come with borders that are included in the final size of the listing. 

Shipping & Refund Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be charged the return shipping fee plus the re-shipment fee if you still wish to receive your item. If you wish to forfeit your item, you will be refunded your order minus the shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard processing time. 

Due to the collective nature of art and art products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the damage. We may ask for photos in order to assess the damage. 

Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
